2 for 1 Chocolate Connoisseur Workshop
This amazing masterclass starts with a brief talk from the chocolatier and their assistant about the health benefits of chocolate (as if you didn't already know).
Then you learn how chocolate is made and the fascinating process from bean to bar.
The chocolatier will then give you a demonstration on how to hand-make your own chocolates. Bowls of melted milk and dark chocolate are used to make your chocolates look beautiful and absolutely mouth-watering. Delectable chocolate fudge is used for the centres of your handmade chocolates. And then, after all that hard work, you get to eat everything you've made (or, if you're feeling generous, save some for your family and friends).
Course is at Cocoa Box in Central London.
